April 1, 2017: Last day of applications. All applications after this date go into the Fill-ins/Possible next round folder.
April 2, 2017 through April 8, 2017: Leannan and her RL hubby will make a list of the stores, cut it up, and shove it into a bra cup from which Leannan’s RL hubby pulls out your store lineup. Yes, really. This is how we roll in HYIS, and besides, you can’t get much more impartial than the RL hubby who rolls his eyes that he is being forced to help out. Then Leannan will prepare the hunt objects for you.
April 10, 2017: SIGNS MUST BE OUT AND HINTS MUST BE IN BY THIS DAY. You will receive a folder with the object and instructions.
April 13, 2017 By 11:59pm SLT (23:59): MAKE SURE YOUR OBJECT IS OUT. If you don’t think that you will be home/awake before starting time, PLEASE put your object out BEFORE you are unavailable.
April 14, 2017 By 11:59pm SLT (23:59): If you want to have your gift pictured on the website you need to send your hunt gift to our photographer, Pandagroov Windstorm, by this point.
April 15, 2017 at 12:00AM SLT (00:00) through May 15, 2017 at 11:59PM SLT (23:59): The hunt is on!
May 16, 2017 at 12:00AM SLT (00:00): The hunt has ended and your hunt object and sign are now inactive. We encourage you to sell your item in your store if you wish. Leaving your hunt gifts marked somehow as from a hunt (perhaps even set for a lower price than your normally-priced items) and in a place designated for previous hunt items (on a shelf, table, etc) is a great way to provide a good deal and is a useful marketing strategy.
